Merksplas centrum voor Ilegalen : "does not receive mail at this adress" ...

I tried twice to send this letter and twice they've sent it back to me. I should phone the detention center asking for a permission and explaining who I am to be sending mail to a detainee, then perhaps they will accept it. Perhaps...

I thought that the "illegal people" in the detention center of Merksplas should be able to express themselves and send me their poetry which I would spread in public places like I do for the florilla poetry... So I sent them a letter together with a poem, and am hoping for an answer.
