Thistle meditation

Imagine you’re a thistle, full of prickles and agression.
Live your life of thistle. In your imagination, fully live your negativity.
When you’ve had enough, imagine you’re a rose. You are beautyful and spread your perfum. But you still have big and strong prickles.
Focus on the prickles.
When you did this enough, focus on the flower and let it bloom.
When you’ve experienced this feeling long enough, imagine being a lotus flower.
Observe your roots deeply drived into the mud. Your flower floats on the water, intact.
Let the purifying feeling of the lotus flower flow in you, let it fill you completely.
Imagine that this flower is composed of pure light, clear and clean, and that this wonderful light enters you with perfect calm, happiness and purity.
Now imagine your heart as a lotus flower only half opened. Let it slowly open, petal by petal, and feel your heart opening to more and more love, filling your body with love.
There is only love left, you are this love, and you feel its divine blessing.
Everything is One, everything is Divine love.
